Dr. Sagar Aghadate, a highly skilled and experienced vitreoretinal consultant, currently serves at the prestigious H.V. Desai Hospital in Pune. With a total of nine years of expertise in the field of ophthalmology, Dr. Aghadate has built a strong reputation for his dedication and exceptional surgical skills.
Education and Training:
Dr. Aghadate earned his M.B.B.S. degree from I.G.G.M.C. College, Nagpur, laying the foundation for his medical career. He then pursued his MS in Ophthalmology at the esteemed Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals, Mumbai, where he trained under the guidance of renowned doctors, Padmashri awarded Dr. Tatyarao Lahane, Dr. Ragini Parekh, and Dr. Preetam Samant.
Following his postgraduate training, Dr. Aghadate further honed his skills as a Specialty Medical Officer at the prestigious KEM Hospital. His passion for advancing his knowledge led him to complete a fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery at Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals under the mentorship of Dr. Sayali Lahane and Dr. Preetam Samant, who are recognized as leading retina specialists in Mumbai.
